Guild of Music Supervisors x Beggars Music Showcase

An Intimate Performance From Alice Boman + Special Guest Westerman

By Vicky Bennett / GMS Administrator

The UK and European Guild Of Music Supervisors partnered up with Beggars Music and PIAS in November to put on a very special night of music which took place at The Slaughtered Lamb in London.

The audience was treated to a co-headline set from Alice Boman and Westerman. They played a mix of their best-known songs and some new, unreleased music.

Westerman played a beautiful solo set with his acoustic guitar and did his last song completely a capella. Alice captivated everyone with her voice and stunning piano playing, which the room was completely silent for. Ed Horrox of 4AD Songs and Molly O’ Brien of Beggars Music was on the decks in the interval.

Alice Boman’s debut album Dream On comes out on January 17th on PIAS Recordings, published by Beggars Music and 4AD Songs. Alice will play the Union Chapel in London on February 25th.

Westerman will be sharing new music in early 2020 and we can expect his debut album in the Spring, on PIAS Recordings, published by 4AD Songs.
