We have a rare opportunity for an experienced music supervisor to join Major Tom's London based team. 

Company Overview and Department

Major Tom are one of the UK’s leading Music Supervision companies. Established in 2009, we provide a variety of creative and professional music services to the commercial, Film, TV and trailer industries. We work from an uncompromisingly creative perspective with an obsession for originality and high production values. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

-  The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a team of highly experienced music supervisors, producers and composers in delivering first-class music searches, licensing and original composition services to our UK and international advertising clients. 

Key Skills and Experiences

-  A minimum of 5 year’s experience working within music supervision for commercials or within a licensing division of a record company or publisher is essential as well as a proven track record of successful placements and / or composition productions. 
-  You will have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the music industry and a deep understanding of music licensing alongside an impeccable knowledge and passion in all genres of music.  An excellent database of composers, musicians, arrangers, sound designers is essential and an understanding of music composition, production, recording techniques and theory would be highly advantageous to the role but not essential. 
-  We expect you to have extensive contacts within the advertising and production sectors. You will be required to attend industry events both in the UK and internationally, therefore, an outgoing, confident, driven, sociable personality is paramount. 

Hours and Salary

Full-time, Salary negotiable according to experience.
