Welcome To Our New Sponsors!

By Emma Francis

We’ve seen a huge wave of support in the past few months since launch. Not only is our member base growing rapidly, but we’ve had lots of support from companies who share our values wanting to come on board and help us on our mission to raise awareness of the importance of music supervision. We wanted to take the time to introduce you to our brilliant new sponsors.

First up is ABKCO, the independent entertainment company based in the US. There are some huge names nestled in ABKCO’s catalogue, including The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Sam Cooke and Bobby Womack to name but a few. Their tracks have been licensed all over the world and covers of their tracks have seen huge successes and have been used in advertising, trailers and blockbuster movies.

Next, another friend from across the pond, is Tunefind. Tunefind is the place for fans to discover music they’ve heard on TV and in films. Back in 2005, a handful of music fans began collating info about their favourite shows. 12 years on, Tunefind now has 5 million visitors each month.

“UK shows and films are the fastest growing segment of our site audience right now, and I think that is explained by the excellent work of UK supervisors and the musical stories they tell on screen. We’re excited to be working with the UK & European Guild and hope to help further promote the hard work of supervisors.” Amanda Byers, Tunefind

Last but by no means least is EMI Production Music. EMI Production Music – a division of Sony/ATV Music Publishing – is home to prolific music labels KPM, Music House, Juice, Ded Good and many more. Their roster of talented writers have written for award winning film & TV projects and artists such as Lana Del Rey and Flo Rida.

With such a killer support system behind us, we’re better placed to bring in positive changes to the world of sync and supervision through educational masterclasses, networking events and more. Members will be the first to hear about our opportunities so to join our community now to keep up to date.
